Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier) take(s) possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (En.pammys.com | en.pammys - SUCCESS AND MORE GmbH, Edisonstraße 999, 24145 Kiel, Germany) via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to cancel. We recommend using our return portal for this purpose.

The withdrawal period is met if you send your cancellation notice before the 14-day deadline expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a non-standard delivery method), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Return Shipment

You must return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, features, and functionality.

Proof of Return

Keep proof of return (e.g., shipping receipt with weight, tracking number, and return address) until refund or replacement is confirmed.

Late or Unregistered Returns

Returns received after the 14-day period or without prior notice will be stored for 7 days.
If you do not provide a return label within this time, we reserve the right to donate the items to charity.

Discounts & Promotions

Discounts or gifts tied to an order are void if the order is returned.
Free gifts must be returned if eligibility conditions (e.g., minimum purchase) are no longer met.
