First of all, thank you for your interest! We understand that remote work has many advantages and that there are amazing talents who don’t live near us in Schleswig-Holstein. However, we’ve realized that being present in our beautiful office is very important to us. It fosters excellent communication, helps everyone feel appreciated, and allows us to work together most effectively as a team toward our goals. That’s why we all work in the office about 90% of the time and only offer remote work in exceptional cases.

Yes, we offer internships, provided that the duration is at least 2 months. You can complete your internship with us in various departments such as IT, marketing, customer support, or in our shipping center in Kiel.

Over the past few years, our team at Pammys has grown significantly. We now consist of a total of 40 dedicated team members. Roughly half of them work in our own 1,800 sqm warehouse located in Wellsee, Kiel. The other half supports areas such as marketing, customer support, administration, and software development, operating from our modern headquarters in the heart of Kiel.

Our team is very international. We speak more than 7 languages. However, in our day-to-day communication, we primarily speak German and English with each other.
