The Pammys Snowboots are made from high-quality, water-repellent outer material, specially designed to keep your feet warm and dry in cold and wet weather. The cozy inner lining provides extra comfort and warmth, while the non-slip sole ensures secure footing on slippery and wet surfaces. The boots are lightweight and flexible, so you can comfortably wear them all day long.

Care Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your Pammys Snowboots, please follow these simple care tips:

Cleaning: Wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove dirt and stains. If necessary, you can also use a mild cleaning agent.

Drying: Let the boots air dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources to protect the material and maintain their shape.

Storage: Store the boots in a dry place to preserve their shape and avoid damage.

Since summer 2023, we’ve had our own 3000 sqm shipping center right here in Kiel. This is where your order is lovingly packed and shipped to your home as quickly as possible via DHL GoGreen.

Shipping:
Germany: Shipping is free for all orders over €35. For smaller orders, a shipping fee of €4.90 applies. Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 business days.*

Austria and other EU countries: For international shipping, we charge a small flat rate. This will be displayed during checkout once you’ve selected your preferred shipping destination. Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days.*

Exchanges:
If your size doesn’t fit, we offer free exchanges within Germany. Unfortunately, as a young start-up, we can’t offer free exchanges in Austria at the moment. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to high demand, some sizes and colors may be out of stock. We are overwhelmed by the response and are working hard to restock our inventory as quickly as possible. Because of this, shipping times may be delayed by approximately 2 to 5 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience — it means the world to us as a young start-up!

Since the founding of Pammys, we have been striving to prioritize sustainability. We use recyclable packaging for 99% of our shipments and ship our products with DHL GoGreen.

Our products are 100% vegan, meaning they contain no animal materials. Within our company, we primarily work digitally, helping us reduce unnecessary travel.
